When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, monthly, or annually).
Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your account management page or by contacting support.
Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI DIARY and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AI DIARY S.L. nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated version on this page.

Is my personal journal data safe and private?
Absolutely. We build with a local-first philosophy, meaning your entries are stored directly on your physical device by default. If you choose to enable cloud backup and sync across devices, your data is shielded with zero-knowledge, end-to-end encryption. Only you hold the decryption key—neither we nor anyone else can ever read your thoughts.
Does the AI use my personal entries to train its models?
No, never. Your personal reflections are entirely yours. The AI processing happens securely and privately to parse your sentiment, extract milestones, and generate your monthly summaries. Your data is never sold, shared, or used to train public or third-party machine learning models.
Can I export my diary if I decide to leave?
Yes. We believe in complete data ownership. You can export your entire journal history, including your raw entries, timestamps, and AI-generated metadata, at any time. Exports are available in clean, standard formats like Markdown or JSON, so you can easily take your data wherever you go.
Do I need an active internet connection to write?
Not at all. The app is fully offline-capable. You can open the canvas, write freely, and log your thoughts in the middle of a forest or on a flight. The app will store everything safely on your device and seamlessly sync your encrypted database the moment you reconnect to the internet.
